Grading: “The grade is based on your research paper. Considerations in the grading process will include originality of the work, clarity of style, organization and analysis, difficulty and/or depth of research, and adequacy of documentation. You must use a basic “law review article” format, including Bluebook citation form. Please use footnotes as opposed to end notes for citation. 15 double-spaced pages (one-inch margins).”
